The Liverpool Cenotaph was relocated in October 2017 from Liverpool Plaza to Berryman Reserve. Sources such as the Daily Telegraph and this Project Report illustrate the move.

The Cenotaph is already a wayspot in its correct location so what needs to be done is to retire the same wayspot no longer in Liverpool Mall.
Additional information: A disappointing decision almost nine months in the making.

Appeal Accepted - Thanks for the appeal, Agent. We gave this a second look and after reviewing the additional evidence provided, we've decided to retire the Portal in question.
