Rejected as "Nomination does not appear to be permanent or appears to be a seasonal display that is only put up during certain times of the year". This is a permanent welcome sign at one the main entrances to the town. It is even visible on Google Maps Streetview (image capture date Dec 2020). The Bike Racks are a new addition (installed in May 2021), but are clearly permanent and fixed solidly to the ground, these have been installed at parks all around the Antrim and Newtownabbey area (which Ballyclare is part of) as part of the "Get on your bike" scheme:
Rejected as "Nomination does not meet acceptance criteria". This is an excellent Wayspot as a great place to explore which is not only a main entrance to the town (and welcome sign) but is also a main entrance to the Sixmilewater Park with bike racks.

I saw that you made multiple threads like that (but with different rejected nomination), so I only reply to one: Sadly, you can't appeal rejected nomiations (you even have it written in mail you posted). This part of forum is for appeals of fake/destroyed POI that should be removed or existing POI that was deleted wrongly.
But you can make thread in Nomination Improvement part of forum, where you will post screenshots of your nomination (with both photos, all text, location and screenshot of rejection mail), and other players might give you some advices how to improve it to get it accepted next time.
