Project "clean stones" | Part 1

Today, I started a little "project" for Wayfarer and for the real-life community.

Maybe, you ready know about the "Stumbling Stone" project. A project by the German artist Gunther Demnig with the goal to remember the victims of the national-socialism. The artist is laying a small metal plate for every victim in front of his/her old address. I really like this way of remembering, not only because every stone is telling a story about a tragedy while the Nazis had the force in Germany. I love doing research about them to learn more about the lives of the victims.

When checking the Intel map, I found a whole bunch of Stumbling Stones with horrible photos.

So I decided to mark all of them with the bookmarks plugin and submit new photos for them. Before doing that, I wanted to clean up the "Stones", in order to (I) make them shine again and (II) make cleaner photos without dirt.


The appeal:

All of the current photos are tilted or super bad. So I created better photos. You can remove the old ones and replace them with my photos.
