1) The whole island is private property without access (see below wikipedia and official local tourism site)

This has been appealed before, with the result @NianticGiffard rejected the appeal.
And, there's one more Wayspot in that island that is also having the same fate.
If you guys believe both of them are fake, then why don't you show a proof that it's fake?
And @NianticGiffard if you or the team already banned whoever the spoofer who nominated these two Wayspots, then why don't you just remove both of them?
How can you proof that it's fake if the location is inside a private island where you're not allowed to go?
1) Giffard suggested to submit again the request adding more proofs so I added the local tourism site and an old thread with the confirmation of the removal (the same portal has been already removed in the past)
2) I think that WheelTrekker already replied properly to you (thank you man).
Anyway I want to underline again that this Island Is private property (of an important local family) so it's not possible to access or take pictures without breaking the law
Check the name of the ebay vendor and then check the name of the author of the photosphere on gmap. He’s talking about ingress level 10 accountS. The same accounts that captured the portals on the island.

Appeal Denied - Thanks for the appeal, Agent. We took another look at the Portal in question and decided that it does not meet our criteria for removal at this time.
So you mean these players have to contact either Ingress or Pokemon GO support to report that abuser instead? How about you read again what they bring here?

Do you realize how hard is for anyone to try to understand Niantic's logic?
A wayspot created by a spoofer inside a private island doesn't meet removal criteria. Many other examples of wayspots that almost everyone would agree that are good for the community are removed by someone trying to hurt other players.
What's the removal criteria? Throwing dices on the table?
Wait, so we can sell waypoint creation services online, and when we’re caught the waypoints will stay and no action will be taken?
I’ve been unemployed for most of the last year so this sounds awesome.
I think that this is one of the reason why I will never get the Core subscription and the other people of my community are cancelling it one by one :)
