The fountain showed above was replaced by a new one, as you can see from the image I wanted to add. Moreover in the following screenshot taken from Street View you can see that the new fountain was recently placed.
As a further proof about the correspondence of the place, take as a reference the playground located near the fountain, visible both in the old portal photo provided and in the Street View screenshot.
