Thanks for the appeal, @WayfarerMSE-PGO! Based on the evidence provided, we’ve made necessary changes to the Pokéstop/Gym's location.
Why was the location correction reversed? Now the town hall is back in the middle of the square instead of directly on the building. The new location was better, wasn't it ?!
I'm still waiting for an explanation why my location editing was accepted by you and has now been reversed. The wayspot is now back in front of the fountain on the assembly area in front of the building, instead of directly on the building.
We've made the necessary changes, please check and let me know.
The blue portal is the current location of the wayspot. I made an appeal and showed you photos with geotag to prove that the town hall is there on the left and not just in an open area in front of the fountain.
NianticVK said the appeal was accepted and in fact the portal was now correct. But less than 48 hours later it was back in its old place, as it is now. I only asked why you accepted the location and then reversed it again.
Hey there! After we made the changes recently it will take a while for the changes to reflect due to sync delay. Don't worry, the Wayspot was moved to the accurate location and we hadn't reversed the changes.
That doesn't make sense to me.
The location has been corrected and is now definitely back in the old location. What does a delayed sync have to do with it? NianticVK already commented on 09/26/2021.
In addition, a sync takes place immediately with Ingress, not only at certain times of the day, as with Pokémon Go.

In the end, I don't care either. I don't live there and have only been there for a short time. And the correct location and the current one are not really far apart either. That is still to be dealt with.
There is currently a sync issue going on that is delaying the changes we're making. I can only ask for your patience until then.
