Photo update should have date stamp!

Hi. I'm a reviewer from uruguay. My city its across the river with a city from Argentina. While evaluating many pokestop submissions appear from that city. But when it comes to photo update I can't decide what to choose. Sometimes graffiti get painted over and a new panting is done but there's no way to know which one is old and which one is new. I think we should all ask for extra data so we can update correctly.

I guess the right thing to do would've been to mark the poi as invalid. But I guess players don't want to lose a wayspot and asking for a new one if the old one is removed, takes too long.

I even tries to report a mural that was painted over with white paint becoming a common white wall and niantic didn't find my edit accurate...haha. so...
