There is a signboard that is off limits in Japanese.
The road to this portal is blocked by two fences.
You must cross the fence to reach this portal. This can be life-threatening.
Consider removing this portal.

And to you @666NEM666-ING I don't know what's that red thing but I suppose that's the portal. Did anyone ever reach that portal before?
Also please follow a proper format to make an appeal.
Did you report the Wayspot in the Ingress app first? If so, where is your rejection email?
Two things.
One: please report the portal in-game first. This forum is to appeal rejected removal reports.
Second: restricted access is okay as long as certain people (employees) can safely approach the object on foot.
