I have a doubt! Watermark on photos is a rejection criterion. But when the watermark is from the cell phone camera itself, many cases like this are appearing

Turn watermark Off in camera.
Resubmit.
Niantic (specifically @NianticAtlas & @NianticCasey-ING ) have said to reject photos with watermarks like this.
You can turn it off in the settings of the phone.
(Not the place for this discussion, but UGH that is the most trashy trash. You spend $$$ on a phone and its embedding advertisements onto your pictures and who knows, family photos??? YUCK!)
Anyways, yeah, instant reject. It's 1. a watermark, 2. could be argued an identifier if it includes a username, 3. a 3rd party advertisement.
I mean, at least Kodak had the decency to put their branding on the back of your photos instead of on the photos themselves.
😂
