How to tell why suggested Wayspot was rejected

Excellent picture, safe access for the public, open access for public. How do I appeal?
I do not see anything to select to start the proccess in my Nomination section.

Currently you can not appeal a rejection of a wayspot submission. However, if you are looking for insights into how to improve your submission you can post the details of your submission in the Nomination Improvement section:
Include screenshots of the main photo, title, description as well as supporting photo and information and other wayfarer can provide their perspective.
@SlicedPeas-ING ah, ok. I thought we could ask for reviews of rejections.
Sadness, I know my submission is good, I take excellent pictures and Title and Description are solid and I don't live in that area, so a flat out resubmission isn't possible, because how would I get pics again. :(

You can use the same photos by downloading it from Wayfarer. You just need to be near the place based on maximal remote nomination distance
My nomination was rejected…. It’s ABUSIVE
Your nomination was also correctly rejected because "It does not meet acceptance criteria", which is correct for a mult-cinema chain submission. Don't worry about anything else.
