Additional information: This wayspot should be removed as a sensitive location. A graveyard catacombs does not meet any acceptance criteria as an interesting place to explore or gather with friends, etc and this catacombs is not even named. In addition if you look at the portal/wayspot photo above it's clearly taken from a screen or 3rd party source such as an old streetview image.
This wayspot is in the middle of an active cemetery with a single dirt road in/out used for funeral processions. Around here it is not culturally acceptable to "hang out" or play games in a cemetery. Pokemon players especially will drive through the cemetery and park around the wayspot gym which is very disrespectful. In the past players have damaged the road/grass area when a large number of players were there at one time and some cars try to leave by going around the cars in front of them who are still catching the pokemon.

Appeal Denied - Thanks for the appeal, Agent. We took another look at the Portal in question and decided that it does not meet our criteria for removal at this time. You can upload a new photo through in-game.

It is clearly marked as follows

These seem to be the names of those who died in World War I.
Personally, I think it is a very sensitive place.
Is it really as simple as just replacing the photos?
If you are not going to remove the Wayspot, can't you at least move it to a new location right next to the road and change the title to "Pleasant St Cemetery"
For Niantic's location-based game.
Shouldn't we be prepared to prevent people from "entering the Cemetery Property at after dark", which is forbidden here?
