Approved Wayspot didn't appear in games

The Wayspot (安光噴水池, the coordinates is 24.9641687,121.5130588) passed review on October 4. The Wayspot is not yet in play both PMGO and Ingress, despite being far from any other Wayspot and S2 Cells LV17 no other Wayspot. I would be grateful if the wayspot can fix the error.

A few days ago, we applied again, but the result was a duplicate. The notification letter said "After reviewing the application, we found that the system has already set up the location as a PokéStop. We are unable to duplicate the PokéStop at the same location, so please forgive us. However, we have added the photo you submitted to the existing PokéStop." (我們在審查該申請後發現，系統已將該地點設為寶可補給站。我們無法在相同地點重複設置寶可補給站，敬請見諒。不過，我們已將你提交的照片追加至現有的寶可補給站囉！) But in the real world, neither PMGO nor Ingress exists. I would appreciate it if you could fix the bug in this Wayspot.

Yes looks like newly accepted waypoints are not appearing. Several people local to me reporting the same thing. It's just constant disappointment these days.
