"Person" and "License plate" rejection reasons are obviously wrong. @NianticGiffard perhaps you can punish reviewers who give wrong rejection reason?

you say in your nomination that it is a house. If this is a single family home it is a correct rejection.
Other ornaments on the building or anything else related to it are irrelevant.
You nominated the door / entrance of the building.
If the building is as impressive as you say, why don't you nominate the building itself instead of the door or one of the ornaments on the facade?
Or are all / many nearby buildings alike? (and thus the building doens't stand out of it's environment)
By the number of plaques next to the door I presume it's more likely to be an office than a residential building.
Here is the building, it's located on 26 Avenue de la Republique on Millau.
It has nothing special, doesn't stand out in the environment and is a law office, 8 lawyers.
