Portal not showing after being accepted.
I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this but here we go: So I submitted a request for this portal and it got accepted, I made sure to position it so it wouldn't overlap within the 20m range of the 2 wayspots that are near it.
It is located where I put the red circle.
The thing is it never showed up on Ingress, I also resubmitted it to make it appear but then it was flagged as a duplicate. I imagine it showed up as a wayspot when reviewing it but it isn't in-game. Ofc it won't show up on PoGO because there's already a pokestop on that cell but it should show up on Ingress as I've seen up to 4 portals inside the same L17 cell. In case someone may have adjusted it's location while reviewing it, is there a way to move so it appears on Ingress ?
Is there any other reason on why it wasn't accepted on Ingress?

Niantic is performing internal reviews and when they reach an acceptance decision, there is currently a bug where they are not syncing into Ingress.
Currently, players have identified a work around to get them to sync into Ingress by liking the photo in pogo. Unfortunately this won’t work in your case because it isn’t showing up in pogo either.
How long ago did the duplicate decision happen? Some people think that might trigger the Ingress sync in a few days too. If not, you will have to wait until the bug is fixed and hopefully they will all automatically appear or we will have to ask Niantic to sync them.
If it was moved within 20m of another portal during review then it will remain in lightship only as Ingress density rules will not allow it to come live in game, this is the new system. I don’t see why it would be moved though as the corner seems to be the correct location from what I can currently see.
@Stephyypooke-ING the duplicate decision happened yesterday Oct 17th.
Oh that’s recent! It might force it to sync into ingress within the next week. If not, unfortunately the only thing you can really do is wait until they fix the bug.
