New portal not in right location

Additional information: This portal just appeared and it's not in the right location. I tried to edit it in-game, but it was too far away from allowable edit parameters. It can be seen in the distance of the 4th photo attachment. The point where I was standing (close to the traffic cone) while taking the pictures is roughly where the new portal is. Not sure why the person who nominated it placed in this spot as they placed it east of another approved portal in the game, when it should actually be west of that other portal.
Please remove this new portal and upon its removal, I will travel back to the site and nominate it in the proper location
