Wayspot accepted but never appeared due to incorrect movement during reviewing

Additional Details: This wayspot seems to only be in HPWU. Due to the bug over the summer of Ingress not syncing new portals, it failed to appear in Ingress (seen in Pic #2), but cannot appear in GO either due to being too close to the Director Tebbs Pokestop (seen in Pic #4). Because nobody can access it (while still existing; seen in Pic #1) nobody can put in an edit request to correctly place the wayspot.
While in voting it was incorrectly moved to the center of the Convention Center (where the pin is in Pic #3) when the photo used is of the Southeast Entrance (near where the blue pin is in Pic #3). If you look at the satellite view, you can see that the building structure resembles that of what is in the photo of the wayspot. So the correct location should be on the Southeast entrance. you will see that the southeast entrance of the building is clearly a match for the waypoint’s main photo, and is therefore where it should be located.
