Showing Account not eligible in website But i'm level 12 & an old reviewer for long time

After about 2 week from my last login, today i tried to login again in Niantic Wayfarer with my Gmail login. It is now showing , "Account not Eligible, You need to reach level 10 in INGRESS for Niantic Wayfarer access".
But my ID is already level 12 in Ingress & i has been reviewing for over 2 years now. Please Fix this problem.

Hi @WonderGirlZZ-ING! I've looked into it and can confirm there is no issue. You're most likely trying to login into Wayfarer through your low-level account that hasn't met the minimum requirement yet. Please cross-check and logging through the right credentials should help you through.
My friend has the same problem, he checked his credentials very well, he is 48 lvl in pogo, and in wayfarer was for 2 years, the strange thing is that website showing "Account not Eligible, You need to reach level 10 in INGRESS for Niantic Wayfarer access". But he is play only pogo. He trying on many web browsers via pc and mobile, anonymous mode too, but same error everytime.
Can you explore this problem more deeply? We can give us our emails so you can check deeply.
Edit: he try to delete cache in browser data and now is working.
Edit : Problem fixed after some time.
No idea how. :)

I'm having the same issue.
Ingress level 13. Recursed 2 times. Over 14k agreements.
Clearing the cache doesn't help.

I'm having the same issue. Today I logged in with no problems at all. This evening I'm getting the message that my account is not eligible.
I'm Ingress. Level 13. Recursed 2 times.
Is it possible to solve this.
