Let abuse and fake reports have their own subfoum in here?

Reports about faked P?OI and/or abuse is very common on this forum. They are so common that they sometimes push more interesting things out of the general subforums first page. So IMHO, let's give them their own space in here.

A subforum would be more organized and easy to navigate than a thread, IMO.
But then again, we're all still waiting on the new abuse reporting system that was promised for October...
Yeah, I'd say there needs to be a reporting page for this rather than the general section. Realistically people shouldn't need to come to the forum at all, niantic should have in game options for dealing with this, but thats obviously asking too much
We should at least have a separate "Abuse Reporting" section. It would be a no/minimum-effort solution to help organize the threads, at least until maybe something better can be developed like a proper anonymous reporting page or form or something.
Until the new abuse reporting system is live, I think this is a sensible idea.

While an abuse subforum would be very useful, I definitely think Niantic should put more effort first into anonymous, direct reporting.
The lack of anonymity on the forum has led to a lot of drama around abuse cases, some with real-life outcomes.
I'd be okay with an abuse subforum and an abuse reporting system coexisting, but I strongly oppose a subforum as a replacement for an anonymous system.

I also remember that it was closed because it became a certian someone's "every nominaiton I don't like" instead of clearly abusive nominations to get a spot at home. That is why it was closed.

Until Niantic do at least something, the Invalid Wayspot Appeal section is just enough for this.
I like the idea. Endless abuse reports (which are excessively heat-magnetic) and always get bumped back to the top of the front page due to the "lively" discussions. Majority of my edit abuse posts go into General anyway. But what you're witnessing is the instance where an admin will respond to numerous amounts of abuse posts at a time, so it looks like it clutters the entire General section.
It is a shame for anyone coming into Wayfarer that when they glance at the general section, it is pretty much filled with abuse reports. It really doesn't set a positive precedent. But it really do be like that sometimes.
Unfortunately, until Niantic does create a sub-forum or ship their support "new-and-improved" abuse reporting system, I will just stick right here.
Most of the people reporting on the forum want a response from the team in exchange for anonymity. So, if the new system is similar to the old form, it will be worthwhile to create a subcategory.
