Why is the range of movement different?

If the position movement is required for 20 meters, What is the difference between approving only 10 meters and approving more than 10 meters?

The exact location was more than 10m, so I applied, but it was changed only up to 10m.

However, other people's request for approval was approved for more than 10 meters.

Niantic wants to review moves that are more than 10 meters to investigate whether Wayspots had been moved to an incorrect spot or intentionally created in an incorrect spot so as to gain an advantage on a specific game board (namely Pokemon GO).

The location where the portal was created and the actual location were different, so I applied for movement as shown in the picture.

However, only 10 meters were moved to the location requested.

Does this seem to be to gain advantage?

You should request an edit here in the forums when the location is greater than allowed in game.
