Poke stops being rejected because the place "doesn't exist"

I'll NEVER understand why some gamers get to decide whether or not a place exists. It's absolutely ludicrous. My poke stop nominations are continually rejected because the "place doesn't exist." Ridiculous. How do I prove it exists without some idiots rejecting it for no good reason?
If this continues I'm going to contact niantic and ask them to look into who keeos trolling the poke stop nominations. It has to stop because you're ruining the game by doing this.
I'm nominating things which are ALWAYS stops such as red post boxes, entrance signs to parks. Apparently none of these things exist?

Have you got examples ?
So, hi. Welcome to the Wayfarer forums.
The best way for us help to improve your nomination is to see all the nomination details: title, main image, description, supporting info, supporting image, location, all listed rejection reasons. I understand this takes time, especially since all images in this forum are subject to moderator review prior to posting.
It sounds like your nomination is getting tagged as abusive and fake, so reviewing the pin placement will be a key element in evaluating this.
I've uploaded pictures with all that info but it's not showing. I've been advised by someone in another group to contact niantic directly to look into this because the only people abusing the system are those who downvote perfectly good stops.
The post box isnt valid.
The beach / reserve sign looks like a recent installation going by the colour and quality of the wood so highly unlikely its going to be on sat view to confirm its location and I doubt theres a SV for that area either.
The wildflower meadow looks like it may be under some tree cover, so again im going to guess that it doesn't show on sat view and probably isn't a SV for it either.
For the 2 signs do photospheres to help persuade reviewers that they are in the correct location.
The post box is a non starter and should not be resubmitted.
Also work on your descriptions, both give the bare minimum of information and could be improved
For future reference its always easier with images to do them as attachments not as embedded images. Attachments get added straight away where as images need to get approved. Yes its stupid, but thats the way Niantic want to use these forums
All post boxes are stops in the UK. 100% valid. I'll keep submitting it until its accepted as all other post boxes in my area are stops. Also it was only rejected because the "location doesn't exist" which to me means that the nomination got trolled.
How do I do photospheres for the other two?
I’m sure several people will help give full evaluations once the full nominations are posted. And yes, the image moderation level in here is excessive.
Unfortunately, nomination rejections are not reviewed by Niantic unless you get an internal Niantic review (you’d know because that would be the rejection reason).
I'm going to keep submitting them until they're accepted because I've been through all the regulations and all my nominations fit them.
It's a great shame that we're at the mercy of trolls when nominating stops :(
I really suggest you don't spam nominate ineligible postboxes, at best you'll just get them rejected at worst you'll have them marked as abuse and can be subjected to sanctions against your profile.
The fact that some are already POI's in your area does not mean it is right for you to nominate the same and a EIIR box like the one you have nominated is not valid in the slightest.
As to photospheres download the google streetview app, it explains how to do it in app and only takes a couple of minutes to do, though i do suggest you try a practice run somewhere first so you see how it works.
As to your comment of "I'm going to keep submitting them until they're accepted because I've been through all the regulations and all my nominations fit them.
It's a great shame that we're at the mercy of trolls when nominating stops :( "
The two signs are valid, and from what I can see they have not been maliciously rejected, just that the location can not be confirmed.
The postbox is not valid in the slightest.
Also you need to remember you are NOT submitting stops, you're submitting POI's to Niantic for their Lightship database to be used in their games, and that despite having a submission accepted it still may not appear in the game you want it to.
I can't find a definite answer for the post box thing. A lot of people say all post boxes are valid in England in particular because they're of historic interest. Plenty of EIIR post boxes are in the game so I'll continue to submit them
Thats your choice, just don't be surprised when they constantly get rejected or if you get warnings of abuse about constantly submitting ineligible POIs
Fair enough. Thanks for the photosphere advice for my other nominations - I'll try that. It's just disheartening when I see POIs in the game that are questionable but perfectly legit ones get rejected. I don't think the users of the game should have the power to reject nominations
Postboxes - automatic 1* rejection unless its a Queen Vic, then it needs to be checked it's not in the wall or garden wall of a Private Residential Property.
For the other two things, very small things like this are difficult or impossible to spot on Sat view. What you need is a good supporting photo that show the item submitted and some other nearby features that help reviewers figure out the location. Thats why we ask to see the supporting photo. Reviewers are likely using the "Mismatched Location" rejection criteria which says "Use for nominations that may not exist at the submitted location based on the comparison of the submitted photo and map views." Read the whole thing, it's not saying "does not exist", its saying "reviewers can see enough detail in your photos to even think it might be there".
Bramford Meadow… maybe consider using this sign right at the front entrance? As for your other sign, it looks like it’s already a waypoint under another name.
Landguard Nature Reserve: there is already a photosphere here showing the sign in question. I do think your image and text have definite room for improvement, but what were the other rejection reasons?
Sorry, I posted before finishing my due diligence. Your Landguard Nature Reserve sign is also already a POI.
So I think we now know why you’ve gotten these location-based rejections. These signs are already in the game at pin locations moved from where you submitted them. Reviewers see them in the nearby and are reporting them as mismatched location.
Elizabeth II and Scottish Crown postboxes have never been eligible unless they're painted gold (due to the Olympics), or there's something else special about them. You should not waste more nominations on this one, as other people have said. Some people will actively mark this as abuse, especially if they're aware of this discussion on the Wayfarer Forum and have seen you ignoring valid requests to not resubmit it.
Victorian postboxes tend to get accepted due to their age, and postboxes from the reign of Edward VIII tend to be accepted because there's less than 200 of them in existence due to him abdicating.
As for the others, Edward VII postboxes tend to get accepted, and George V and VI postboxes tend to be much more hit and miss (this is because George V is the most common type after Elizabeth II, and George VI is still fairly recent compared to the older kinds of postboxes).
