Rejected but no rejection email

So my nomination was rejected but no email saying why or the official email that everyone else seems to be getting (checked junk/spam as well). But how do I see the rejection reason?
Otherwise, how do I improve on this nomination for resubmission? I have seen many other park entrances as valid locations so not sure why this would be rejected.

So, double-check your e-mail address and spam folder.
As for rejection reason, I went on Google Maps and could not find a “southeast entrance” to the park that was not the South Entrance that is already in a POI. So if your nomination is different from this one (I grant that the signs are on opposite sides of each other), Google is not supporting you.
I quadrupled checked before posting and I checked again after reading your comment, still nothing.
Google maps actually does show the "southeast entrance." The supporting picture that I used was basically this:
It actually looks more like a main entrance than the other entrances around the park.

Do you think everyone reviewing is also confused about the two entrances? Maybe I need to name it "main entrance" or something else to help clarify the difference? I put all this in the supporting evidence so unless the reviewers just ignored it, I'm not sure how to improve the submission.
If the sign at both locations is the same, then it will be rejected asa "Duplicate".
Try moving back to get the seating area and the sign in one image to demonstrate that it’s a different spot from the other ones.
Also, you can safely name it the East Entrance. Looking at the map, there’s nothing “south” about it, it’s the due East point of the park.
Working against you is the lack of walkway here, which the other entrances have. Maybe state something in the supporting info such as ‘direct access to the open park field,’ to acknowledge the lack of sidewalk but assert that it’s still an “entrance.”
I also have had mine rejected but I have no idea how to see why it was rejected. I have had only 1 approved when I have submitted multiple that are 100% eligible. I would love to find out how I can see why.
You can start your own thread in this channel and post photos of what you submitted. Show us the title, description, supplemental info, main photo, and secondary photo. We may need to see where you located the pin as well, but we will ask for that if so. We can usually figure out why people rejected things and how to fix them.
