Recusa de Pokestop

Boa tarde hoje tive uma nova recusa de um pokestop solicitado por nao ser elegível. Mas no site da Niantic menciona que local de culto religioso é elegível, e o meu foi rejeitado e gostaria de saber o porque isso foi rejeitado? Sendo que temos diversas igrejas como pokestop, isso deve ser explicado. Porque ja é a 3 solicitação que é recusada por vocês.

You mentioned "pokeparada" in the description. That's an immediate rejection. Your main photo could also use some work.
The rejection email should tell you why reviewers rejected your submission (if they've chosen the right reasons).
I will second what @HankWolfman-PGO said. Your primary issue is that you have an in-game reference in the Description text, which reviewers are instructed to reject. I would suggest you simply remove the second sentence from your Description.
@HankWolfman-PGO also mentioned your main photo. My primary concern with the photo is that there is nothing the the photo that indicates this is a church. If there is a sign, a cross, or anything that can indicate this is a church, it would be good to capture that in the photo. The photo is also a bit crooked. I wouldn't reject it over that, but some reviewers might lower the score or even reject it for this reason. The street is clearly on a hill, but you should make sure that the building appears level in the photo.
Finally, most of your Supporting Text is not helpful. The numbers of Pokéstops that are nearby is not at all relevant to whether your submission should be approved. While this type of Supporting Text is common and should not itself be a cause for rejection, you may run the risk of annoying some reviewers. You would be better using this space to mention that it falls under the "place to be social" acceptance criteria and to provide any additional evidence that may be necessary to prove the church's existence at this location (such as a link to a website).
