I'm not sure if a barbershop can be a valid proposition

I live near a border with Brazil and they always ask for barbeshop as a proposal.

I always omit the requests but they are valid as portals

    Generic barbershops are most likely ineligible, unless there are something special with them.

    I wouldn't consider them as eligible either. Unless, yeah, there was something super unique about them, that makes them really stand out of the masses, which... I'm having a hard time believing a barber shop could pull off easily. Perhaps if they were like a century old or something, or like, very famous or so, then maybe.

    The community gathering place standard is key.

    If's a place where people go in, get a hair cut, walk out... I'd say no

    If its a place where people go in, talk about life, politics, and hang for hours at a time,.... id say yes


    Now how do you tell those apart ? well thats a different question... peace
