Lost Nomination and Upgrade

Hi Niantic,
I had submitted Livingston East Playground Rest Area (in Calgary, AB, CAN) which was in the upgraded status before the server maintenance. That nomination was my next upgrade decision. I now see that my nomination was lost and another nomination of mine was placed in the upgrade instead.
How do I get my nomination restored with the upgraded status?

Most likely your nomination went reviewed by Niantic internal reviewers.
I didn't see any update and instead my upgrade went to my next nomination. I couldn't change the "Next Upgrade" option.
Seems like Niantic brought it back and upgraded it to a pokestop.
