Portal that didn't sync with Pokemon GO

I have approved one nomination, using all the respective guidelines. But it didn't sync into Pokémon GO, it's not close enough, it was a free cell to approve. It was approved at Friday, it's Monday and no signal that is coming to Pokémon GO. Need clarifications about it.

I have the same issue as well and all I got from Niantic was that I got rejected because Pokemon Go has different criteria (didn't specify any particular reason) and my PokeStop wouldn't be published, even though there is no near reason why it shouldn't
Pogo synchronization has been a wreck for the last couple weeks. Just gonna have to ride it out for a bit.
