new wayspot accepted as an Eligible Nomination on november 6 appears in ingress but not in PoGo

On November 6, a portal was accepted in a rural area where I live, I checked in Ingress and the portal appears, but it does not appear in pokemon go. I checked the portal and it's only in a cell S2 level 17 so it should show up in PoGo. Can someone help me and indicate where I can appeal to make the portal appear in PoGo, or for Niantic to clarify why the portal does not appear in Pogo.
