As far as I know, IHOP is a family friendly restaurant, usually with good lighting, so "mirrors and crosses on a wall in a poorly lit room" is not their style:

Maybe there was some other restaurant at this spot before, maybe the photo is from a restaurant at a different location, but it's definitely not from an IHOP. Please remove this portal.
