The unique looking welcome sign of a local business/destination has the owner's name on it. WDID?

The title, pretty much. A local retailer specializing in American car parts has built this "mini USA theme park" in my home village and the welcome sign he has put up is modeled after the iconic "Welcome to Fabulous Las Vegas" sign. I nominated the sign, but I'm not sure whether I should withdraw the nomination, since the name of the business is pretty much the owner's First name Last name Ltd.
The title and description I am able to finesse into not including the name so that they still remain descriptive of the sign and the "theme park" (it's technically separate from his auto part shop and has a separate name that is also included in the sign), but there is nothing I can do about the photo.
So, I guess my question is: Can the photo include the owner's name as a part of the name of the business? Or is that grounds for rejection?

Yes, if the owner's name is on the sign it is allowed to be in the photo.
As an example, if you were nominating a memorial to a significant person I would expect that person's name to be in your text and possibly in the photo as well. Or if you nominate a piece of art (whether it be a mural, sculpture, statue, or something else) you are encouraged to include the artist's name in your text if known, and if the artist chooses to sign their work in a way that shows up in your photo that doesn't invalidate it.

Thank you!
