Upgrade next disappeared

I marked a nomination as 'upgrade next' before it is 'accepted' and before I had an upgrade. It is accepted in 2021-07-29 and is visible on pokemon go. After that, I reached %100 upgrade. But this nomination has only 'accepted' tag now. I can not select other nominations as upgrade next (there is no button to press). My profile shows: 'Upgrades Available 1' and 'Upgrades Redeemed 0'. I'm waiting for approximately 2 months, what should I do?

I have the same issue, submitted a pokestop and have an upgrade ready. On my profile it says i have an upgrade available but on my poi submission it says next upgrade and doesn't give the one i have available. What now?
Any news?
