Bicycle rentals

Hi there again.
This question is highly discussed though last few years.
And still there is no clear answer.
In some countries there is a lot of pokestops/portals like that in other countries any submission will be rejected.
Can anyone official finally take any actions and give final answer. Because it seems quite unfair that some players has those stuff as part of game and others should suffer without.

There will be no official answer on this. Niantic will leave it to reviewer consensus as to whether they are acceptable or not as Wayspots. Personally, I think they are not eligible as they are not places to exercise. I will note that "promoting exercise" is not what the criteria states, but it has to be a designed place where people go to exercise. That is why sporting good stores do not meet criteria even though they may "promote exercise".
In my area the **** bicycle rental kiosks are nearly always located at entry points to bike paths and include maps of bike trails to follow once you rent a bike, so I view them as meeting criteria.
It is editing out the name of the bike rental company for some reason.
^ I don’t know what that starred-out word is, so I put in every curse word I know and I’ve decided that the word meaning illegitimate child fits best.
To the OP, two things:
Well, I faced just different criterias in ppl's heads in different countries during submitting new wayspots. That's why I raised this question again.
man's also, need to mention constantly changing criterias, so there's nothing hard to at least add "Bike rental" or smth like that into acceptance criteria.
and tbh rental is not just "promoting exercise". In a lot of cities it's important tourist point, to take bike and go around the city.
An easy way to find out what a starred out word is would be quoting the original text, then it shows up in the quote box while you type your message. In this case, the explicit word used was "divvý" without the accent over the y. I can't believe somebody would use such divisive language here.
Review the nomination. If you think the submitter has made a clear case as to why this bike share station is eligible, accept it, even if you feel you must give it low ratings. If you believe it's generic, uninteresting, and the submitter did not provide evidence as to its significance, then reject it.
Personally, I've accepted many of these, and I also endorse rejecting them in an area they might be commonplace without discerning interest.
That's what I'm talking about. It's all about reviewer. And basically in different countries different public opinion about that. That's why I've raised that question again
I guess I fail to see that as being such a huge problem. I've seen what "footbridges are eligible" leads to getting nominated, and frankly nearly every "clarification" has been misused and argued this way & that so many times that it's exhausting.
