現有道管太少了
因此建議調整level14道館補給站數量比，
不燃現有數量為 level14裡 1個點為1支補給站
2個點為1支補給站+1支道館
6個點為4支補給站+2支道館
20個點為17支補給站+3支道館
34個點為30支補給站+4支道館
因此我建議調整成此公式( (點的平方+1)就出現一支道館)
