Is it valid to request a pokestop relocation?

Hello everyone
When I first started to nominate Wayspots I didn't know anything about the cells and the rule of <10 mts distance.
Now I want to relocate several Waypots taking advantage of the hugh area those spots cover, but first I want to confirm if that is posible.
Currently, the voleyball court and runing track pokestops are not shown in the game (I believe the reason are the cells) Can I ask to relocate the Basketball Court, Soccer field and Running Track wayspots to positions inside their areas but in different cells to get more pokestops in the area available?
(I hope the picture is ok to explain my point, the rows are showing where I want to relocate the spots)

Short answer: no. All of them are already located in correct location.
You shouldn't use location edits or requests only to take advantage of "Niantic inclusion rules" (a.k.a. S2 cells system). Doing so is considered as abuse.
Moving Wayspots to manipulate the game board of a specific app is classified as abuse. Wayspots should only be relocated if it is to a more accurate location or to the logical point of discovery.
Sometimes I see proposals of changing the location of a wayspot and the description says the reason is to unblock another one. Is that not allowed then? Or they are using a different way to relocate them?
Those are very much abusive edits.
Any Waypoint location edit request that asks the reviewer to choose a specific location for whatever reason is abuse - report the edit using the small "Abuse" button on the lower right of the review page.
As everyone has said, trying to manipulate wayspot location for a specific game is cheating and will be penalty.
In the worst case, your account will be banned and you should not do this.
