Clarification regarding cryptic Rejection Criteria

Hi There!
I just want some clarification on this rejection message since the other one is somewhat cryptic and seems to be some sort of programming code. Just to be on the safe side, I have resubmit the nomination already.

The chapel can be verified easily in the street-view so I am also wary with the Mismatched Location reason.

The one that appears as code is also to do with location inaccuracy. I think one comes from selecting 1* -> location -> mismatched location, and the other comes from people rating the location accuracy section 1* whilst otherwise rating the nomination acceptable. Either you had bad reviewers, or the location isn't as obvious as you first thought
Based on the rejection reasons, it appears you didn't put the location of the Wayspot on the church and reviewers rejected the nomination because of the inaccuracy.
The site has ongoing renovation and was temporarily walled for safety reason last 2weeks when I try to nominate so the pin might be off a few meters but the church is prominently shown both in the Google Map and Streetview so it will just need a few seconds and a few click to see if it was really there.
As @HankWolfman-PGO said, I am already suspecting a bad review since this is not the only nominations that had been disapproved with questionable causes in our place. I have just heard a day before from other PoGo players about some group from other places here in our country giving bad reviews to nominations in places their group hates, in retaliation to other group that happens to be in my province, where my city is just one of the 30 cities and municipalities in our province. So I might have been caught in the crossfire.
And since I had seen post here about appeal, I thought I could also try to have some clarifications from Niantic team themselves.
Anyway, I have tried to resubmit already yesterday and hoping for a fair review.

Could you please add a screenshot of the map with the nomination location?
Here's an approximation of the spot during the 1st nomination, the YELLOW circle is where I am because of the ongoing construction by that time, a temporary safety wall was erected 2 weeks ago, marked by that RED line. My 2nd submission yesterday is marked on that GREEN circle and hoping it could rectify the possible cause of the rejection. By the way, the blue box signify the whole church compound and I have been there personally years ago as a member of the church, hence I have a personal knowledge of the vicinity.
I am just wondering why the Reviewer did not just relocate the pin if for him/her it is off the actual location since that is possible in my experience as reviewer too, and the nominated waystop is clearly and prominently shown in the map and can be verified in the street view.
It looks like you didn’t move your pin from the place you were standing. You can see very clearly that the Google pin for the church is a building over from your location pin. I think you could resubmit with the same images and text, and an adjustment to your pin, and it would do just fine.
