Additional information: This is a wayspot nomination I just came across. Upon first glimpse, I noticed something wrong with the pictures uploaded and after searching the Google map tag, found the original pictures. The main picture was uploaded to Google Maps 6 years ago and the supporting picture was uploaded 3 years ago.
Links to the original pictures are (1) and (2)
The first picture has a man standing on the gazebo behind the clock tower and the second picture has a woman on the bottom left part of the picture.
So, it is clear that the wayfinder stole these pictures to nominate. Since Google Maps shows that "Images are subject to Copyright", this is clearly a case if Copyright Infringement.
There have been many nominations from nearby places which uses third party pictures and reporting them as "Third Party Picture" upon reviewing doesn't make any change. So, I request Niantic to retire this nomination and do investigation on the Agent/Trainer who submitted it and if possible, Take actions against them.

I've noticed that the link to the pictures aren't working as intended. So, attaching the Google Map Tag of Backwater Ripples
