Hi all,
Am seeking advice as to how to make this a better nomination.
It has been rejected twice. The most recent for not using a title or description that is relevant.
Title: Off Leash Area
Description: Designated off leash area for dogs to exercise in, off Monte Cristo Road.
Google map location: -34.8737252,147.5749913
Thanks

What criteria are you trying to say it meets? I’ve had dog exercise fields/areas approved before but the signage has been colourful and different where this looks quite generic, as there could be thousands of that sign around the city.
Can you share with us all the details of your nomination ? What do you put as supplementaries infos and picture ?
What criteria does this meet?
Is it a closed in dog park, or just an open field where dogs can be off leash? Can you show us the supporting info for your nomination?
The Google Map images make it just look like an open area. There doesn’t appear to be an actual dog park, just a stretch of trees and rolling terrain where, apparently, people can let dogs off their leashes. There’s no marked location or any evidence of development, which gives reviewers the impression that it’s just a natural area. If Google maps is outdated and missing critical information for getting this approved, then I do believe you’ll need a photosphere.
Unrelated: that neighborhood looks like it has some massive back yards.
I would suggest submitting a photo that uniquely identifies the name of the dog park with a supporting picture of an enclosure. Plenty of these are submitted in my area and generic signs are rejected by the community.
A title that uniquely identifies the park like "Monte Crisco Off Leash Dog Park" and a supporting picture that shows the city/town's official park sign for that park with it's name.
Cheers, thanks for your input.
