Niantic rejected a named artwork

My understanding is that "Unique Art or Architecture" is specifically called out on Wayfarer's criteria pages as a great example of an eligible wayspot, yet this was rejected by Niantic despite having the official title, an accurate and descriptive description, clear photos showcasing the nomination, and supporting information that both provides context for the artwork and links to an official source as a reference for the information provided.

Information about KORO ("Kunst i offentlige rom," lit. "Art in public spaces") in English:

Information about the artwork itself on Norway's digital museum portal (via Google Translate):

NTNU is the Norwegian University of Science and Technology, a higher education facility, and not a K-12 school.

Title: Untitled (Vertical ****)

Location: 60.789679,10.68208

Description (translated):

"Untitled (Vertical ****)" by Børre Sæthre, 2006; light installation that changes colors regularly. The artist's intention has been to create a visual highlight to mark this building as the core of NTNU in Gjøvik and as its main gathering place. The vertical line of LED lights is programmed with 10 different programs; a basic program, seven monochrome programs for e.g. theme days, and two party programs for special occasions. The purpose is for the light to highlight the building as a social central unit.

Supporting information (translated):

Publicly recognized work of art, part of the public art project "KORO" - the photo was taken at night in order to showcase the art as best as possible. https://digitaltmuseum.no/011042534450/untitled-vertical-****-installasjon - meets Wayfarer's criteria as "a great place for exploration" and "a great place to be social with others".
