Emojis still No in Official Titles with Emojis?

Hello, I recently came across this submission and I was torn.
As you can see in the image, the place name Forssa contains a heart emoji in the end. The submitter had included it in the title and description since it is its official written form.
Should we still reject nominations with emojis in title or description even when the emojis are part of the official name of the target?
What is your take on this?

The official guidelines indicate that yes, any title or description containing an emoji (or any other type of emote) is to be rejected. I don't believe any clarification from Niantic is necessary here.
The "clarification" aspect being requested is if the "no emojis" can be superseded by "use official title when applicable," such as how "Eevee Mural" or a sculpture called "Portal" could be accepted when those are official.
Personally, I suspect not, but it's a fair clarification to ask.
To me, I would consider the heart to be more of a logo as opposed to an actual character in the name, and thus I'd say the text in the submission is ineligible.
I do think it is worth getting a clarification on this though. Emojis may not be standard alphanumeric characters (albeit some of them can be represented by said characters), but languages constantly evolve and emojis are certainly a significant part of typed text nowadays, even if they're not usually seen in more formal texts. I can easily see them becoming more and more standardised in the future though, and that includes them finding their way into business names and such eventually, hence why I think a clarification would be a good idea.
Some entity owns the cyber emotis. Niantic doesn't have permission to use them on their product. They don't want to be sued.
If it was a logo, then the place name Forssa would be part of the logo as well, which would make the emoji part of the official written form anyway.
I am interested in the answer from official Niantic representatives. I hope the rule stands, because typing in these characters could become a nightmare across platforms.
I think that initially the restriction was due to a rendering problem with the unity platform, although it is easy to understand why they might not want to open the gates because except in a few cases they aren't relevant to the real title of the poi
Never mind the emoji, that nomination should be rejected for apostrophe abuse!
XD
Blame the game, not the player. People keep trying to submit stuff in English despite not always knowing the language too well, simply because Finnish submissions might get rejected easier by reviewers from other countries.
Anything on this @NianticGiffard @NianticTintino ?
Thanks for raising this topic, @feliscybernicus-PGO!
As correctly pointed out by you guys, Title and Description should not contain emojis as per our criteria. Any such nominations should be rejected.
Just wanted to ask a small clarification, @NianticGiffard. Are emoticons created with ascii characters forbidden, like <3 or ;) ?
So if we'd have an art piece or other wayspot (similar to one in the example) whose name includes such an emote (like "Forssa <3"), could that ascii emoticon be included in the title or desc?
So basically is this a typographical issue (no emoticons as they don't work with all typefaces and fonts) or a matter of principle (no emotes of any kind to make the rule as simple as possible)?
