It's a fake portal made by two removable knick-knacks laid on the entrance gate of a private property.
There are two reasons for the removal:
1) it's not a point of interest since it's a fake created by the owner of the house to have an home portal
2) it's inside a private property

it's not true. the installation is fixed and is out of the propriety. are you go to the place? I'm sure not, because you can touch the statue from outside the house. is out of the propriety like other 1 million of portal in the word.

Afraid not. It is fixed to the front gate / fence of a single family (1 bell only) private residence. Niantic have said many many times this means the POI is classed as being on "Private Residential Property", the fact you can wasl past it or see it from the outside the house has no bearing on it. 1* PRP location - the Waypoint is invalid and meets the Niantic removal criteria.
