If a nomination is made for something that is considered "eligible," under what reasoning should we consider it to be "unacceptable?" Specifics, please.

Read the rejection criteria. That's what you are supposed to assess nominations against after it passes the Eligiability and acceptance criteria.
Nah I'm referring specifically to the concepts outlined by this comment:

There are some "examples" here but just sort of a hand wave when it comes to Wayfarer in particularly. I'm requesting specific examples for cases when we're expected to view something that's "eligible" as unacceptable or acceptable.
