How can we actually get Niantic's attention?

Never has anyone had success using in-game support for a Wayfarer issue, and lately Bug Reports are allowed to remain open for months before given incorrect answers that don't align with the community as a whole's experience, when Nia folks without the working knowledge write them off as "working as intended" or never circle back. What's the best way to get attention to issues and actually have a conversation of what's going on?

There are so many ongoing issues that seem to get swept under the rug. The upgrades not working as intended comes to the front of my mind but there's others. Photos still aren't syncing properly, but that's likely a game issue rather than truly Wayfarer. Concerns about emails not going through remained ignored for close to, or over, a year.
