Clarification on individual items within a whole

With the criteria refresh, do multiple disc golf markers count as eligible as they direct people on a course? What about course maps with details on each section? As opposed to the just the whole course.

I think Niantioc have said that individual holes / disc markers / tees etc are not eligible, just the course asa whole.
that was long ago and prior to the 3.1 criteria refresh.
