Specify location editing restrictions in the app

Currently, most players do not know that location modification beyond 10m is not possible in the application.
Also, there is no indication of such a limitation in the application's control panel.
Therefore, they will try to delete the old wayspot after the new wayspot is live to modify the location of the relocated wayspot.
If this is done repeatedly, it increases the burden on the reviewers and frustrates the nominators.
This is a minor change, but we would like to see it displayed on the application screen.
The display is two lines.
"The application can' t modify location information beyond 10m.
If you need to fix more than 10m, please report it via Report_an_Issue or Wayfarer forum.
This is the only way to reduce the wasted effort and improve the frustration for each of us.
I've attached the forum thread I suggested and the thread I asked for the fix to be repeated.
