Additional information: As you can see in the photo the memorial stone is actually not in the parking lot but on the lawn next to the parking lot. I think it is not a good idea to have it right in the center of the parking lot which can be unsafe for children in the area. I made this stop a few months ago on Pokemon GO so it was my mistake that the location is incorrect. I do not have a level 12 Ingress account so I can not request the location to be moved because it is in the same cell as another wayspot. Thank you for your time!
