Unable to Withdraw

I have not seen any response to this in the Bug Report section, so I am posting again here. I saw someone else's nomination of this go live, so I tried to withdraw mine, but I can't.
The backlog is already so long (well over a year here) that I hate leaving something in the system that I know will be rejected. This nomination has been cursed from the beginning, so maybe that is part of the problem. It submitted at the wrong spot originally so I withdrew that and submitted again.
Is anyone looking at this @NianticGiffard (Sorry to always tag you, but you seem to be the one who handles everything, and it is greatly appreciated.)
