How should we word the appeals?

As the appeals feature has gone live I have been contemplating the best way to word the appeal. Should we just reiterate the supporting information of the original submission? Aggressively attack the rejections and the people who originally rejected it (we all do that the moment we get, in our minds a 5* rejection). But what is the best way to word a rejection?
