Request to either remove or move wayspot ftom cemetery

I have report it through app and got rejected. The wayspot is located in the middle of a cemetery, and it is at an area where rich & high rank individuals are buried. Locally, it is culturally disrespect to play game inside a cemetery area, and due to its exact location, it can raise suspicious to have people loitering around that area.
However, if removal is not possible, can it be moved instead to the yellow circle area (entrance point to cemetery) or to the blue circle area (car park area) as this is the place where families gather before entering the cemetery. Again, if location edit is not possible, i would like to suggest to remove the wayspot. Thank you.

Appeal Denied - Thanks for the appeal, Trainer. We took another look at the Pokéstop/Gym in question and decided that it does not meet our criteria for removal at this time.

So now wayspots can be placed away from its real location?
The Wayspot appears to be for the whole cemetery. Placing it was the entrance to the cemetery would still be a correct location for the POI.
Ok, somehow I did misread the OP and I thought that it was related to a feature inside the cemetery, not the cemetery itself.
I'm sorry for the misunderstanding.
