Additional information: Firstly, these two portals are duplicates of each other. Secondly, they are both in the wrong place and cannot be edited to the correct place due to distance.

Both of these are photographs of the same plaque which is located on the lookout tower, approximately midway between the two wayspots.
(Note that there is already a Wayspot at the correct location for the plaque for the Rotary Lookout Tower.)
The location of the plaque on the wall of the lookout tower can be confirmed by Google Streetview.
Either the two portals should be marked as duplicates of "Bunbury Lookout Tower", or if the plaque is considered to be a separate POI to the lookout tower itself then one should be moved to the correct location and the other marked as a duplicate of the first.
