Gates of residential complex/small streets

Hello. I'm from Indonesia.
Are any gates ("gerbang", "gapura" in Indonesia) as entrance of residential complex or small streets ("gang" in Indonesia), provided that many peoples live on that street, is acceptable?
Here in Indonesia, most small streets and residential complex have a gate as an entrance sign, and those submitters are most likely submit them as a nomination. Also keep in mind that vehicles like cars or motorcycles always passing through the gate everytime.
In my mind, if the gate has any historical or cultural value, like the gate has local architecture, I will most likely to accept it. But if the gate is "just a standard gate" with no historical or cultural value, or if the gate is "just as same as other gate in that area" even it has any historical or cultural value, I have completely no idea of it.
Thank you.

If the gates themselves have pedestrian access, they may be eligible for their distinctive architecture. For example, the first gate you post would not be eligible at all because it is neither distinctive or has pedestrian access. The second gate is distinctive and would be eligible if there was a sidewalk or other pedestrian path on the other side. The third gate clearly has a sidewalk on the right side and but its architecture is not distinctive.

As long as it is not a single family home these are eligible.

Yeah, that's pretty cool and unique. Definitely eligible. Only thing that could get you is the pedestrian access.
I have another question, what if there's a gate has been nominated but there's another gate that is already exist as a wayspot near to it?
This submitter nominated a gate as an entrance of a street (on Gg. Dahlia 3 in the map) while there's another gate that is already existed as a wayspot (on Gg. Dahlia 2 in the map). Its photo is the second image from the left in Check for Duplicate section, in the first photo. I may review it as a duplicate nomination but both of them are different, separate object yet have similiar architecture. There's also another two gates near of it that is already exist as a wayspot, one of them is the first photo I've posted earlier.
For those who's wondering what did submitter say in supporting information: "Please help to review it, ONLY THIS OBJECT WE CAN NOMINATE BECAUSE IT FITS THE CRITERIA so there may be more new player that play the game (Pokemon GO). AND THIS PLACE IS A PUBLIC PLACE, NOT A PRIVATE PLACE AND IT IS PERMANENT not temporary, AND IT WILL NOT DISTURB ANYONE."
Yeah, some Indonesian submitters are a bit too selfish and arrogant, just like this.
What about a carved stone name sign for a gated communty good or bad?

Hi folks,
Let's keep things respectful please! As I previously mentioned, private residential property is 100% ineligible. The entrance to a private community (i.e. a gated community or something similar) is different in that it's not necessarily owned by an individual. That being said, you can still violate local laws if you attempt to access the Wayspot.
In this case, I would say that something like this would be acceptable, if its accessible without entering a restricted area, is uniquely decorated, or is an otherwise a notable monument.
I'm struggling with this case also in my area, and some of the "generic gate" is come live in the game. When it come to unique looking gate i give it 4-5 and rejected the generic gate. Imagine same looking generic gate every corner/"gang" of the street is wayspot, it's horrible.
