Additional information: This place has closed down, and another place, Alley Cat Alley, opened at this location around February 2020. I talked to the bartender and some visitors inside, and they confirmed that The Porch is gone and the place is now Alley Cat Alley. I reported the Porch as closed to Google Maps and to Yelp. If you look at their FB, Yelp and other websites, you can see that they both have the same address and the same phone:
