26.989359,75.764310 this is my nereby location so check this out you will find very very few pokestops and gyms.Besides this i want to tell you something very honestly there are so many player's nereby my home but they stopped playing this game from almost more than 2 years because of this less pokestops and gyms issue and I want to tell you something more you are just going to tell that we should find someone who is above lvl 38 but one thing you should need to thought about that how somebody have enough time to find someone who is at above lvl 38 and my friends told me that if there are enough pokestop and gym near us then then will start playing this game again. I am the only one who is playing this game till now from 2019 otherwise so many people's leave this game already but because I love Pokemon more than them that's why I'm still playing this shitty game.Make some pokestops because you said that you are going to make 500k pokestops all over India so do it now or it will get late then don't try to say sorry about your being too late.
I would say that your friends are quite smart if they don't want to play a game that they don't enjoy.

Pokemon Go won't be dropped, they are earning too many millions and there's no sign that this is gonna stop. They are adding half a million wayspots in India to earn even more money.
Your friends realized that the game as is isn't fun for them, so they opted to do other things, play other games, etc... that they found are better for them.
Leveling up in Pokemon isn't too hard thanks to the friendship system, so if they wanted they could have spend 3-6 months playing a little and then you would have a group of people big enough to send lots of nominations around you as well as review and approve them. Why didn't they do that?
